Sales Training and Action Planning To Achieve Your Biggest Sales and Business Goals Knowing what you want will not make you successful. Taking action, moving, and changing has an immediate
effect on life; it gets rid of stuck and stagnant energy, allowing
fresh energy to move in. Movement
is the force of creation. Staying in one place
is comfortable and safe, but doesn't allow for growth or
innovation. Taking action will get you closer to
your biggest goals. "Nothing Happens Until Something Moves" - Albert Einstein
Take Action
Did you know that only 3% of the American population take action on their
goals? These are among the wealthiest people in the country.
We've compiled seven solid strategies
to help motivated people like you take action on your greatest sales
and business goals. We're giving this e-guide to our newsletter

Once
you've got goals
that are well-thought out and have answered all of the
right questions to help you achieve them, you can start taking
action. Incorporating your goals into your business, sales
training plan, or home life is easy with the right resources.
Here's what a S.M.A.R.T.E.R. Action Plan looks like.
This
action plan breaks down the steps necessary to acheiving the
S.M.A.R.T.E.R. goals that you've set. Start by defining each of
your actions that will lead to your goal, add the target completion
date and any/all resources required for the action. Write this in
the blue areas (first five columns). After you begin each action,
you will then track the progress and add comments or notes about what
you experience as you complete the actions. Write your progress
and notes in the green areas (last three columns).
Track Your Progress
While
you're working on each action item, you'll want to keep yourself
acountable to your plan. This is why choosing a goal that is
exciting and enjoyable to you is so important. Motivation is what will keep you moving in the direction of your choosing. Motivation comes from within. | After
a short period of time once beginning your action plan, you'll need to
track your progress in greater detail. Are you working hard on
your action plan? Have you seen improvement? Are you
looking forward to your goal? Do you have all of your resources
in place? Is your goal easier or harder to achieve than expected?
What are the reasons that you set this goal? Are you
motivated to reach this goal?
Keeping your goal sheet and
action plan visible and referring to them often will help you greatly.
Another great resource to help you along is the S.M.A.R.T.E.R.
goal progress review sheet.
